National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi, widely recognized by his stage name Bobi Wine, yesterday addressed a gathering of residents in Paidha, a significant town located within Zombo District. During his visit, Kyagulanyi conveyed a strong message regarding the prevailing economic challenges faced by the local populace. He asserted that the persistent and severe economic difficulties experienced by the people of Paidha, and indeed across the nation, stem directly from what he described as deeply entrenched corruption within government institutions. The NUP leader emphasized that this pervasive corruption within state apparatus is the fundamental cause undermining the economic well-being and financial stability of ordinary citizens.
