Mafabi’s address focused on key pledges designed to significantly improve the lives of Ugandans and stimulate national growth. Among his core commitments, Mr. Mafabi promised the implementation of a nationwide free education policy, aiming to ensure that all citizens have access to quality learning opportunities from primary to higher education levels. Furthermore, he pledged to introduce interest-free loans, specifically targeting youth, entrepreneurs, and farmers, to foster economic empowerment and boost local productivity. The FDC leader also committed to allocating massive funding towards local development initiatives, intending to revitalize communities and enhance grassroots infrastructure across the country.
