The Speaker’s communication confirms that these important by-elections will be held on the twelfth of April, in the year 2026. This electoral process is necessitated by the recent successful election of two prominent individuals. Honourable James Kakooza and Honourable Denis Namara were both elected as Members of Parliament, securing their places in the 12th Parliament of Uganda.
