In a significant address to the regional leadership, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has issued a strong and urgent appeal to all member states of the East African Community. The President emphasized the critical necessity for these nations to significantly strengthen their ongoing cooperation and to work with renewed vigor to fast-track the implementation of various regional integration programmes. According to the President, these strategic initiatives are fundamentally designed to serve as catalysts for boosting cross-border trade, enhancing large-scale infrastructure development, and ultimately securing a comprehensive economic transformation for the entire East African bloc.
