In his address, Dr. Zeija emphasized that the Judiciary serves as a fundamental and critical pillar in the ongoing effort to safeguard the overall integrity of Uganda’s electoral justice process. By demanding excellence and impartiality, the Chief Justice underscored that the actions of these officers are essential to maintaining the trust of the citizenry and ensuring that the rule of law remains the cornerstone of the nation’s democratic framework.
