In a significant move toward administrative reform, the newly inaugurated Kabale District LC5 Chairperson, Denis Nzeirwe Ndyomugyenyi, has officially issued a formal directive to the Chief Administrative Officer, Robert Mugabe. Chairperson Ndyomugyenyi has mandated that the Chief Administrative Officer must conduct a comprehensive cleanup of the district pensioners’ payroll system within a strict timeframe of thirty days.
