Authorities within the Kabale District Police Force have taken into custody the headteacher of Rwababa Primary School, an institution situated specifically within Kyanamira Sub-County. The arrest follows serious allegations that the school’s headteacher deliberately obstructed a Primary Seven pupil from participating in the highly significant Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), a critical academic milestone for young learners. This alleged act of preventing the student from their examination was reportedly motivated by an outstanding coaching fee that had not been settled.
