Furthermore, the RDC highlighted that such internal reinvestment would play a crucial role in substantially reducing SACCOs’ over-reliance on external financial borrowing, thereby promoting greater financial self-sufficiency and independence. This move would also effectively mitigate operational expenses currently incurred on office accommodation, contributing to long-term financial stability and more efficient resource utilization for the organizations.
