He has attributed his prolonged disappearance and subsequent inability to campaign effectively to what he describes as ‘financial paralysis.’ According to Mr. Kabinga, this severe financial impediment, which significantly impacted his operational capacity, was directly caused by the government. He specifically alleges that the government took action to freeze his bank accounts, thereby cutting off his access to the vital funds required for his presidential electoral activities.
