In a significant development for the nation’s agricultural sector, Uganda has officially taken a major and decisive step toward expanding its global coffee market reach. This progress follows the formal launch of a strategic and highly anticipated partnership with the prominent Turkish coffee company, Kafe Kavil, during a high-level event held in Ankara. This collaborative initiative is specifically designed to substantially boost the volume of Ugandan coffee exports while simultaneously strengthening the existing bilateral trade relations between Uganda and the Republic of Türkiye. By aligning with such a key international stakeholder, Uganda aims to solidify its presence in the competitive global coffee industry and foster deeper economic ties with its Turkish counterparts.
